Agents can buy their needs such as, raw materials, equipments, goods and machines through “Murabaha”
contracts from either local or international markets. The idea is:
Cham bank, buys these goods from the vendor (suppliers), and re-sells them to the client with an identified
profit and then the above mentioned client makes a pre-agreed monthly payments
(installments: which are regular payments made by the client to the bank according to a pre-agreement).
Cham bank covers all types of LC ( Pre- approved by Cham Bank’s Islamic Committee )
according to the international Letters of Credits laws.
Vehicles (cars) become the task of modern means of transport, they are no longer luxury,
but has become a basic and important need due to the evolution of life and the city breadth,
therefore Cham bank has pursued a policy with special flexibility for car loans based on financing
cars and mid / large size vehicles, according to easy repayment conditions (up to 48 month)
and a profit margin of only about a competitive 7.25% annually (Flat Rate). According to this policy it is
also possible to finance “ Local individual transport institutions” in terms of developing and modernizing
their fleets, in compliance with the conditions and procedures set forth in the policy.
This product has been specially prepared to serve the Syrian family and also aims to help young people
who get married to establish their homes and meet the growing and pressing needs.
This type of financing includes the purchase of supplies and household needs,
as well as furnishings and home appliances in addition to electrical equipments.
Also, Cham Bank provides through this product financing construction and renovation materials needed,
as a contribution to satisfy the needs of the citizen in the areas of housing and stability.
This is according to a policy designed to be consistent and commensurate with the needs of the individual
with a high degree of flexibility and profit margins that do not exceed 7.5%per annum (Flat Rate)
and converging repayment periods.
In the near future, Cham Bank will activate Istisnaa, Ijara, Musharaka, Mudaraba.
