Service limits and user responsibilities
Transfer limits
Funds may be transferred between your own accounts and to other accounts within Cham Bank, up to a daily limit of SYP 25 million and a monthly limit of SYP 100 million, in accordance with the approved usage policy.
User rights and responsibilities
- The user is fully responsible for their accounts and passwords, and must not disclose them for any reason.
- Another person account must not be used, even if its password is known to the user.
- The user is advised to change their PIN once they receive it.
Liability in cases of misuse
The customer alone bears full responsibility for the direct and indirect consequences of any fraudulent or unlawful use of the services, or of the confidential numbers and data belonging to them, provided the bank has discharged its duties to prevent such use — unless it is established that the customer had notified the bank of possible third-party access to their accounts and requested that the payment or electronic transfer instrument be suspended.
