We undertake to meet the needs and requirements of our customers, our staff and our service providers, and to preserve the confidentiality and security of their personal information, in line with the legal and legislative requirements of the Syrian Arab Republic and with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, applying internal information-security practices in accordance with the legislative decisions in force from the Central Bank of Syria, and in a manner that does not conflict with the rules and principles of Islamic Sharia — all guided by the Cham Bank motto: trust, security, commitment.
